Granger Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for a Full Time EMR Support Specialist at our West Jordan location.


Electronic Medical Records Support Specialist: (Preferably eClinicalworks)

Establish EMR system and work to continually improve system through upgrades, expansion and other ongoing development. Often work alongside with software developers and may serve as a liaison between the developers and users of the EMR systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ensure commitment and follow-through for delegated tasks.
  • Positive Attitude
  • Confident public speaker
  • Adequate knowledge of EMR system
  • Resolving customer related technical software and hardware problems.
  • Recreate scenarios for EMR system, execute tests and evaluate the results.
  • Assist in improving the efficient use of the system and responding to special request as necessary.
  • Provide training and producing technical literature.
  • Ensure user comply's with organizational and/or legal standards.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Basic skills to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Adherence to company philosophy and mission statement
  • Strong Project management skills
  • Supervise multiple projects
  • Multitask, prioritize and mange time efficiently
  • Preforming other related duties and other responsibilities as assigned/required.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Degree or equivalent

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Sedentary work, requiring lifting up to 10lbs
  • Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment
  • Inside, climate-controlled working conditions
